Even though I say WIP03, I'm more or less ready to call this piece complete, even though I'll probably still render the background details and atmospheres a bit more.

Again this is for :iconthecarbonmaestro: music compilation called Pony Empires, which should be released...soon-ish? I have no idea, bug him about it cuz his music is pretty sweet.
